The official terms governing access to and use of Nordic Lux Collection by trade partners and buyers.

Access to Nordic Lux Collection trade resources, partner information and booking channels is granted on application and at the sole discretion of Nordic Lux Collection. Access may be limited, suspended or withdrawn at any time.

Buyer access is reserved for established luxury travel advisors, agencies, DMCs, tour operators, concierge companies and family offices serving the high-end international travel market. Nordic Lux Collection reserves the right to verify professional credentials and references.

Partner status is granted to hotels, lodges, villas, experience providers, transport companies, wellness providers and luxury suppliers that meet the Nordic Lux Standard for craftsmanship, hospitality, sense of place and discretion.

All bookings and introductions initiated through Nordic Lux Collection must be processed in line with the agreed booking procedures. Partners and buyers undertake to handle reservations, confirmations, modifications and cancellations in a professional and timely manner.

Information shared through Nordic Lux Collection — including rates, partner details, guest data, contracts and commercial terms — is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

Nordic Lux Collection operates a transparent commission and referral model. Commission terms apply to bookings introduced through Nordic Lux Collection and to repeat bookings by the same guest within an agreed period. Specific rates and conditions are shared with approved partners and buyers.

Payment terms for commissions, membership fees and other commercial arrangements are set out in the relevant partner or buyer agreement. Invoicing, currency, payment schedule and dispute handling are governed by those agreements.

Editorial content, photography, branding, partner descriptions and other materials published by Nordic Lux Collection are protected by intellectual property rights. Use of such content is permitted only for approved trade purposes and with attribution where required.

Membership and trade access are personal to the approved partner or buyer organisation and may not be transferred or resold. Nordic Lux Collection may amend, suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, breach of these terms or behaviour incompatible with the standards of the collection.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute arising in connection with access to or use of Nordic Lux Collection shall be resolved in good faith and, failing resolution, before the competent Norwegian courts. Nordic Lux Collection may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies.
